At Peterborough Pride, we believe that our youth are the future of our community. That’s why we offer a variety of youth programs and activities throughout the year, including mentorship, educational workshops, and social events.
Our youth programs are designed to be inclusive and supportive, and we welcome all LGBTQ+ youth and allies. In addition to our regular youth programs, we also offer a youth committee where LGBTQ+ youth can get involved with the planning and execution of Peterborough Pride events.
This is a great opportunity for young people to develop leadership skills, gain experience in event planning, and make new friends within the community. We believe that empowering our youth to take an active role in the organization is key to creating a strong, sustainable community for the future.
